By accessing or using Katyawar ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the App. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App. By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Katyawar is a mobile application that connects watch enthusiasts with curated timepieces for purchase. We provide: • A browsing and discovery platform for luxury and pre-owned watches • Verified listings with detailed product information and imagery • User accounts with wishlists, and order history We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

All purchases made through the App are subject to the following: • Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency specified on the product page and are subject to change without notice • Shipping: Delivery times and costs are estimated and communicated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery • Returns: Our return policy is displayed during checkout and on our app. Items must be returned in their original condition within the specified return window • Authenticity: We verify all watches listed on our platform, but we recommend independent authentication for high-value purchases We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the software, text, images, logos, and design — are owned by Katyawar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission • Use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without prior consent • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the App for commercial purposes You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as reviews), and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the App.

You agree not to engage in any of the following: • Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code • Interfering with the proper functioning of the App • Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Katyawar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to: • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Personal injury or property damage • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data • Any other matter relating to the App Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the App will immediately cease • We may retain certain information as required by law • Any pending transactions may be cancelled or fulfilled at our discretion You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kurdistan Regional Government, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
